HOW DO CLEAR ALIGNER BRACES WORK? 

At Village Dental, the process of creating your perfect smile is important and valued. Therefore, each step is detailed and tailored to the needs of your dental goals. When it comes to Clear Aligners, there are multiple steps in order to ensure alignment. 

The first stage of the process involves a consultation with one of our Village Dental doctors to overview your needs, desires, and schedule. Understanding if clear aligners are right for you is our top priority. 

Once that is decided, X-rays, photographs, and impressions will be taken of your mouth and teeth. These will be used to create customized clear aligners for you. As soon as the clear aligners are made, we will notify you. Each aligner will have a specific order of when they will need to be worn in order to straighten your teeth. Your doctor will instruct you on the importance of wearing them as much as possible. Although they can be taken out to eat and clean your teeth, wearing them every day is essential to the alignment process. Depending on your teeth position, this process can take less than 12 months. The Village Dental Center will ensure you love your results.

AM I A CANDIDATE FOR CLEAR ALIGNER BRACES?

It is important to know what qualifies you for clear aligners, however, all teeth and dental goals differ. Some situations in which clear aligners are needed may include but are not limited to crooked teeth, gapped teeth, crowded teeth, and an overbite/underbite. These dental issues, among others, may call for clear aligners. 

In some cases, there may be a need for oral surgeries rather than ClearCorrect aligners.
