We are in-network with Delta Dental Premier only. This means we have agreed to accept Delta Dental Premier’s negotiated fees, which typically results in lower out-of-pocket costs for you.

For all other PPO insurance plans, we are considered out-of-network providers. While we accept these insurance plans and will file claims on your behalf as a courtesy, your insurance company may reimburse you at a different rate.

If you have Delta Dental Premier, your benefits and co-pays will align with our in-network agreement, typically lowering your costs.
